Mackie ShowBox is a battery-powered all-in-one live performance system combining a portable PA, acoustic guitar amp, 6-channel mixer, effects rack and USB-C interface in a single device.

Up to 12 hours of live sound

ShowBox delivers up to 12 hours of powerful live sound using a 400 W amplifier, custom drivers and the included battery. With 6 input channels for microphones and instruments, it is designed for singers, guitarists, keyboardists and other performers who need portable live sound.

Total connectivity

ShowBox supports SD card recording, USB-C streaming and Bluetooth® playback for backing tracks or music during breaks.

PA and amp in one

With switchable “PA” and “amp” voicing modes, built-in effects for guitar and vocals, an FX loop for pedals, and settings for indoor and outdoor performance, ShowBox can serve as both an amplifier and a PA system. It also opens up additional creative possibilities for solo artists and small bands.

Interactive performance tools

ShowBox includes a built-in tuner and looper that can be accessed from the breakaway controller. User snapshots let you recall your favorite settings in seconds.

Breakaway mix control

The breakaway mix control puts microphone and instrument levels, effects, tone shaping, snapshots, looper, tuner and more within easy reach. The controller mounts to a mic stand and slides into ShowBox for storage.

Six effects engines

Separate effects can be inserted on each of the four microphone and instrument channels, including fuzz, overdrive, tube model, acoustic amp, tremolo and more. Two additional effects engines provide time-based effects such as delay and reverb.

Expressive sound shaping

ShowBox features separate 3-band parametric EQ and single-knob compression on each channel for detailed tone shaping.
