At the heart of the Electromatic Jet is a chambered mahogany body with extensive core chambering for exceptional acoustic balance and strong attack. Sculpted body contours provide a balanced, ergonomic fit, while the rounded heel allows unimpeded access to the highest frets for enhanced comfort and effortless playability.

The mahogany neck features a balanced, rounded Performance “C” profile with tapered shoulders and enough mass for precise playability in all positions. The 12"-radius bound rosewood fingerboard has 1-ply aged white binding, pearloid Neo Classic™ thumbnail inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets, combining a smooth, silky feel with a warm, woody tone.

A GraphTech® NuBone® nut delivers consistent, balanced tone, enhanced resonance and sustain, and superior playability. Its optimized break angle and string-pull to the tuning keys help prevent strings from sticking or slipping, providing rock-solid tuning stability.

PureVolt™ Twin Six™ humbuckers are dynamic, expressive and powerful. Each pickup features twelve adjustable pole pieces for precise attack and flexibility. The neck pickup uses Alnico IV magnets with plain enamel wire, while the pickup at the bridge uses Alnico V magnets with plain enamel-coated wire. Specially calibrated coil winds provide balance, clarity and versatile humbucker power, while vacuum wax-potting minimizes noise and interference.

The Lockdown™ locking adjustable wraparound bridge combines bridge and tailpiece in one unit. Adjustable saddles provide precise intonation, while the locking bridge posts secure the bridge firmly for maximum coupling, stable tuning and trouble-free string changes. This design promotes efficient transfer of string energy, enhanced sustain and note attack, and a bigger, fuller tone with more percussive attack.

Advanced electronics provide complete tonal control. A master volume with treble bleed circuit allows precise adjustment while maintaining clarity at any volume. Individual pickup tone controls offer intuitive control calibrated for a strong tone at every setting. Push/pull tone controls provide snappy, glassy true single-coil timbres for each pickup, and the two single-coil sounds combine in the middle position to create a hum-cancelling pair.
