Built around essential Gretsch style and playability, the Electromatic® CVT Bass features a solid mahogany body with beveled contours, a comfortable 32” scale length and a bolt-on mahogany neck with a fast-playing Performance “C” shape. Its Low Down™ Alnico Bass humbucking pickup in the neck position and single-coil pickup at the bridge deliver powerful low end with excellent balance and clarity.

The beveled contours give the retro-refined body a distinctive look while contributing to a sleek and comfortable playing experience. The pickups use Alnico 5 magnets and cover everything from thick, thunderous tones to clear and punchy sounds.

The bound laurel fingerboard is fitted with medium jumbo frets, a genuine bone nut and pearloid Neo-Classic™ thumbnail inlays, completing the bass's playability and classic Gretsch styling.
