In vintage years, the shape and thickness of Fender® guitar necks varied tremendously. The American Vintage II Series features authentic neck profiles from Fender's past. Crafted at Fender's Corona, Calif. manufacturing facility, this genuine Fender American Vintage II 1961 Stratocaster® replacement neck features a 1961 medium "C"-shaped profile, a 7.25"-radius slab rosewood fingerboard with clay dots, 21 vintage-tall frets and vintage-style truss rod adjustment.

The bone nut is pre-slotted with "pilot" string location grooves to make spacing easier when performing the final string-slot filing. A gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish offers a vintage feel. This replacement neck is designed for a Fender® or Squier® by Fender guitar and is a great way to give your Strat® an authentically '60s feel.
