The Fender Custom Shop 1958 Top-Load Telecaster® Journeyman Relic® in Firemist Red captures the essence of a cherished vintage instrument while delivering modern playability. Built with a select two-piece ash body and finished in nitrocellulose lacquer, this Telecaster® features the distinctive Journeyman Relic® treatment, recreating the look and feel of a well-preserved classic.

The one-piece quartersawn maple neck is shaped to authentic 1958 specifications and finished in nitrocellulose lacquer. It features 21 narrow-tall (6105) frets, black Micarta dot inlays and a bone nut.

The guitar's voice comes from a pair of Custom Shop Hand-Wound '58 Single-Coil Telecaster® pickups, delivering unmistakable Tele twang and bite. A classic three-position blade switch provides traditional pickup combinations, while master volume and tone controls feature knurled chrome knobs for an authentic vintage aesthetic.

Additional features include a '57 Style Soft “V” back shape, 9.5” radius, a three-saddle American Vintage Top-Loader Tele® bridge with threaded steel barrel saddles, a one-ply Eggshell pickguard, vintage-style tuning machines with Fender® logo, an American Vintage '56-'58 string tree, a Deluxe Hardshell Case, strap and Certificate of Authenticity.
