The Donner DST-80 in Surf Green is a complete electric guitar package designed for teachers and musicians. It includes the guitar, amplifier and essential accessories for an easy start without additional technical setup. The Surf Green finish with visible wood grain has a timeless look inspired by classic designs from the late 1950s and throughout the 1960s.
Versatile SSS pickup configuration
The guitar is equipped with three ceramic single-coil pickups in an SSS configuration. The 5-way pickup selector provides access to a broad range of clear, dynamic tones, while the volume control and two tone controls allow the sound to be shaped to suit different needs.
Comfortable neck design
The slim maple neck has a C-shaped profile and satin-matte finish. The scale length is 25.5, and the fingerboard has 22 frets for easy access across the neck. The design is intended to provide comfortable playability during longer practice sessions.
Ash body and tremolo bridge
The ash body has a matte finish and provides a solid, resonant platform. The classic single swing tremolo bridge in chrome enables vibrato effects while also contributing to stable tuning and reliable adjustment. Nickel-plated steel strings in gauges .009–.042 provide easy playability and a clear tone.
5W practice amplifier
The included Donner 5W transistor amplifier offers clean and overdrive settings. A 3.5 mm aux input makes it possible to play along with music from mobile devices. The amplifier is suitable for quiet practice and smaller jam sessions where the volume needs to be limited, and it can be powered by batteries or an external power supply.
Accessories included
The package includes a 5W amplifier, gig bag, strap, capo, extra strings, tuner, jack cable, pick, tremolo arm and adjustment tools. Access to Donner's free online learning materials is also included.
