A tribute to the double-bound Esquire® models of the late 1950s and 1960s, the Classic Vibe™ Custom Esquire features binding on the top and back of the body—an iconic detail of Telecaster and Esquire models from the era. Its Fender Designed™ alnico single-coil bridge pickup is designed in-house at Fender to deliver authentic Fender tone. The 3-position blade switch provides versatile tone shaping from the single-pickup design, including tone control bypass, variable tone control and a preset tone capacitor for bass-heavy warmth.

This throwback Squier® model also features period-inspired headstock markings, nickel-plated hardware with a warm, classic appearance and a vintage-tinted gloss neck finish for a slick playing feel and classic vintage look. Vintage-style tuning machines complete the design with smooth action for accurate tuning.
