Drawing inspiration from large-headstock Stratocaster® models produced during the 1970s, the Classic Vibe™ ‘70s Stratocaster® HT HSS delivers punchy tones through its Fender Designed™ alnico pickups in an HSS configuration, including a humbucking bridge pickup. Designed in-house at Fender, the pickups use alnico magnets to create authentic Fender tone.

The six-saddle hardtail bridge features a string-through-body design for ideal body resonance, easy restringing and stable intonation in any tuning. This throwback Squier® model also features 1970s-inspired markings on the headstock, a maple fingerboard and a single-ply pickguard that recall features of the earliest Stratocasters.

Vintage-style tuning machines provide a smooth action for accurate tuning, while the nickel-plated hardware has a warm, radiant appearance. The neck is finished in a vintage-tinted gloss that provides a slick playing feel and completes the old-school look.
