Laney LFSUPER60-112

Laney LFSUPER60-112 is a fully analog 60-watt guitar combo with two channels and a comprehensive range of features. It delivers clean, clear tones, warm overdrive and a broad tonal palette in the same tradition as the valve-driven LIONHEART amplifiers, while also including built-in effects. The amplifier was developed and produced by the Black Country Customs team in the UK.

Weighing just 11.5 kg, the LFSUPER60-112 is a compact and portable combo suitable for practice, recording and live use.

Built-in effects

• Vintage tremolo: A tremolo effect inspired by the circuits used in classic vintage valve amplifiers from the mid-1960s.
• Spiral Chorus and Modulation: Based on the Black Country Customs Spiral Array Chorus stompbox, it offers everything from subtle chorus to pronounced, sweeping flanging.
• Spring Reverb: An algorithm based on the Black Country Customs Secret Path Spring Reverb.

Boost and tone controls

The built-in, selectable BOOST function effectively acts as a third channel. It can boost a clean tone into light distortion or push an already distorted tone into a more powerful lead sound.

The amplifier features a passive 3-band tone stack and a separate overall tone control that works in much the same way as a guitar tone control. The Bright switch is complemented by an additional Dark setting for greater control over the overall sound.

H1260 speaker

HH Acoustics developed the H1260 speaker in the UK for the LFSUPER60-112. It is designed to deliver classic tones with remarkable precision, reproducing everything from clean sounds to powerful, saturated overdrive with clarity.

LA-IR and connectivity

Laney has included LA-IR, Laney Advanced Impulse Response technology. Using 56-bit FIR filters, the character of Laney's GS112 and GS412 cabinets has been captured and can be selected at the push of a button. These custom IRs let you send the cabinet sound directly to a PA via the XLR DI OUT, without miking the speaker. This also makes the LFSUPER60-112 well suited to recording.

A high-quality FX loop is provided for connecting your favourite pedals and other devices for post-preamp effects, just as with the valve-driven LIONHEART amplifiers.

The output section can be reduced from maximum power to less than 1 W while retaining the tone. This makes the amplifier suitable for home practice and smaller rehearsal spaces.

Flexible footswitch options

With a compatible footswitch, you can select channels, engage BOOST and control the effects loop and reverb.
