The EVH D-Tuna® is a unique patented device that enables players to drop the E string to D and back instantly. It has been standard equipment on Eddie Van Halen's personal guitars and on signature-series guitars equipped with locking tremolos since the early 1990s. Thousands of D-Tuna units have been sold worldwide, and the D-Tuna is endorsed by professional players including Warren DeMartini (RATT), Michael Wilton (Queensrÿche) and Dave "The Snake" Sabo (Skid Row).
The D-Tuna is simple to use and works with Floyd Rose-style tremolos.
