DIGITECH Bass Whammy

The DIGITECH Bass Whammy is a pitch-shifting effect pedal designed specifically for bass guitar. It combines the classic Whammy settings with modern upgrades, advanced pitch detection and polyphonic note-tracking technology.

Classic/Chords switch

Use the switch to toggle between single-note and chordal Whammy modes. The two tracking modes provide different playing characteristics:

• Classic: Recreates the distinctive tracking artifacts and glitch effects of the original Whammy.
• Chord: Uses advanced polyphonic tracking algorithms for a smoother and more precise pitch-shifting effect when playing chords.

The Bass Whammy features true bypass, MIDI control and a 9V DC power supply, making it easy to integrate into an existing pedalboard.
