The M-Vave Blackbox is a compact multi-effects pedal for guitar and bass, with 80 editable presets. You can create your own effect chains by combining six effect modules, including Noise Gate, Compressor, Boost and amplifier emulations.
Blackbox features 20 amplifier emulations, a 3-band EQ, 7 modulation effects, 5 delays and 6 reverbs. It also supports loading your own IR CAB files. Foot control lets you activate and deactivate modules while playing and adjust the sound in real time.
The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of playing time on a full charge. The pedal includes Bluetooth, a headphone output and USB connectivity, and can function as an audio interface for direct recording to a mobile device or computer. With an OTG converter, sold separately, and a USB cable, Blackbox can be connected to video or audio recording software.
The accompanying M-Vave app lets you manage sound settings, edit, share, import and export presets, update the firmware, restore factory settings and manage IR files. Bluetooth also allows effects and settings to be controlled from a mobile phone or tablet.
