The Streamliner™ Collection revitalizes the best elements from the past and combines them with exciting new features to deliver exceptional performance, sound and style at an incredible value.

The G2622 Streamliner Center Block Double-Cut with V-Stoptail brings powerful sound and style into the modern era. Designed for guitarists who demand more performance, style and volume from an instrument, the sleek G2622 retains the character expected from a Gretsch.

The G2622 features a double-cutaway 16" arched maple body with a chambered center block. The new center block design balances lightweight comfort with a full, rich sound and increased presence, resulting in improved attack and sustain as well as excellent feedback rejection.

All-new Broad'Tron™ BT-3S humbucking pickups use a combination of Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnets to provide stronger mids, tight but full lows, and smooth, clear highs with a smooth and musical presence.

The soft "C"-shaped nato neck has a 12"-radius laurel fingerboard with pearloid Neo Classic™ thumbnail inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets. A real bone nut, anchored Adjusto-Matic™ bridge, Gretsch V-Stop tailpiece, three-ply tortoise pickguard and nickel hardware complete the instrument.

The traditional control layout includes individual neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, master volume control and three-way pickup switching. Push/pull coil-splitting on the master volume provides useful single-coil sounds and adds another layer of tonal versatility. The instrument also features Radio control knobs.
