How do I pay for my order?

We have multiple payment options available in our webshop. All of them are using safe and tested solutions, and you can rest assure that your info is handled and processed in a safe way.

Visa or MasterCard

This is maybe the most common option for online payments. If you choose VISA or MasterCard you'll be forwarded to Nets and Netaxept when you click the "Submit order" button in the checkout. You'll be asked to fill in your card details and confirm the purchase using BankID. Nets is the biggest provider of secure, electronics payments in the Nordics.

 

When using VISA, MasterCard or Vipps your card will not be debited until we ship your order. The bank will do a reservation and authorisation and the funds will not be available for you to use. The actual transcation happens when the order is shipped. Note however, that the reservation will disappear within 5-10 days. This means that if your order has more than 5-10 days of delivery time, you may experience that the money becomes available again on your end. This is completely normal and you don't have to do anything on your end. 

 

Vipps

If you have a Vipps account this is probably the fastest and easiest way to pay. If you choose to pay by Vipps, just fill in the phone number connected to your Vipps account and approve the payment in the Vipps app on your phone. As with VISA and MasterCard the funds are only reserved to begin with, and the actual transaction happens when the order is shipped. Read more in the section above.

 

Santander Faktura

If you wish to pay after receiving your order, you can choose an invoice from Santander Faktura. You'll be sent to a Santander checkout and have to fill out their forms to apply for an invoice. They will do an automated credit check and you have to sign and confirm using BankID. The invoice will be sent to your email after the order has been shipped.

 

Santander Handlekonto

Santander Handlekonto is the solution if you want to postpone the payment or do a monthly down payment. You can choose between a postponed payment of 4, 6 or 9 months. You can also choose a monthly payment plan and gather all your purchases in one place using Santander Handlekonto. You'll also receive a Santander VISA creditcard that can be used in Norway and abroad. 

 

Svea Bedriftsfaktura

We also offer an invoice solution for business customers, from Svea Bank. They will do an automated credit check on your organisation number. The invoice is sent by email.

 

Municipal or public customer?

If you're purchasing on behalf of a public entity, like a school, a minicipality, hospital or others, feel free to contact us. We will have to manually set up an account for you with the right payment terms and EHF invoicing. Once the account is set up, you're free to use the webshop as normal afterwards.
